As a “Senior Technical Marketing Engineer”, you would help defining architectures, next-generation technologies and solutions for enterprise networks. You will own definition and marketing of the solution. You would be the evangelist of the Aruba solution to the market. As TME, you would be responsible for communicating and training technologies and solutions to Aruba customers, partners and field. You would closely work with product managers to understand customer challenges/feedback, frame them with simple concise technical requirements to the engineering. You would also work with multiple engineering teams to develop easy customer consumable solutions. As a senior Aruba TME, you would be the go-to technical expert for the solution for all end-users.

How you’ll make your mark:

Over your career, you will be exposed to multiple technologies/products/solutions and provide opportunities to grow to senior levels in the technical ladder. This is a global role that will include interactions with teams in many countries, require exceptional effective communication skills to simplify complex technologies and establish trusted relationship with Aruba global customers. Your decisions would not only determine consumption and acceptance of the solution with customers but will also drive revenue and growth for Aruba’s overall business.

About you:
    •    You have a Bachelor's degree
    •    You have 10+ years of engineering and/or technical marketing experience
    •    You have the ability to  analyze & solve technical problems
    •    You have deep technical knowledge of ethernet - wired/wireless/wan protocols across Layer1 to Layer7 of networking stack
    •    You have the ability to design, implement and troubleshoot campus/branch enterprise networks
    •    You have strong oral and written communication skills with ability to convince & influence others
    •    You have experience working with engineering and sales teams to impart technical designs and translating benefits to customers
 

Preferred Qualifications:
    •    CCIE (routing/switching and/or wireless and/or security)
    •    Experience presenting in public forums, conferences, seminars and executive briefings
    •    Track record of delivering awesome POC/trials leading to wins
