Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for providing support in the selling of Resideo Genesis Cable products and/or services, as well as, identifying new selling opportunities to existing customers. Drive business growth by maintaining/supporting the existing dealer base as well as generating/converting new business with dealer prospects. You will complete administrative work associated with the sales process. You will utilize business knowledge to assess customer needs and enhance the customer buying experience. You will identify and escalate opportunities for process improvement. You will provide support to cross-functional teams and exhibit an understanding of Resideo Genesis products, systems, and procedures.

JOB ACTIVITIES

  • Maintain Existing Customer Dealer Base

  • Manage Sales Cycle

  • Provide Excellent Customer Support

  • Raise Escalations

  • Work with Larger Sales Organizations

  • Process Price Requests in Microsoft Excel

  • Generate New Business/Conversion Opportunities

    YOU MUST HAVE:
    ▪ High School Diploma, or equivalent.

    ▪ Bachelor's Degree
    ▪ 2-3 years prior sales experience
    ▪ Prior industry experience
    ▪ Strong interpersonal skills
    ▪ Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
