As a Regional Clinical Director at Southern HealthCare Management, you will work alongside our Vice President of Clinical Services to ensure clinical and regulatory compliance within our centers, as required by Corporate and Federal and State laws.  You will assess, develop and implement performance improvement initiatives, monitor and report on 5-Star Outcomes, Best Practices, Standards of Care, Risk Management, and other quality related measures, and will work directly with Administrators, DON’s, other stakeholders to develop standard operating procedures, action plans and educate staff.  You will play a critical role in ensuring our centers provide the best level of care for the residents and patients we serve.

This position is field based and supports our Treyburn, Pettigrew, Rocky Mount and Zebulon, NC centers.  The ideal candidate will reside in the Raleigh / Durham or nearby surrounding areas.  Frequent travel is required with minimum weekly visits to the centers.  Receive a competitive salary commensurate with experience, annual bonus option, and extensive array of benefits. 

Education:

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ASN) or above required

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of FL and GA (or NLC) required.


• 
  Two (2+) or more years of prior Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse Consultant in SNF/LTC setting experience required.


• Prior Clinical Quality, Performance and Process Improvement, Regulatory and Compliance, and Risk Management experience required. 

Skills: 

• Must be PC with ability to navigate Windows and Microsoft Office programs, Internet-based Applications, and EMR Software 

Other: 

• Must have the willingness to travel frequently in the Jacksonville and Savannah Periodic travel may also be required to our Corporate Headquarters office in Orlando, FL.
