Job Description:

Editor Agent – Spanish/English

Transit Operations entails researching, editing and validating data pertaining to transit entities and schedules. Ensure all Real-time Incidents Team’s documentation is up-to-date. Design and implement new documentation content.

Requirement: Minimum of a High School Degree

Qualifications:


  • Have a good understanding of all forms of public transport.

  • English fluency is a requirement as all tools, communication, documentation, training, work are in English.

  • Skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Keen attention to detail.

  • Self-motivated.

  • Customer service background (Communications team) preferred, but not necessary.

  • QGIS skills preferable.

  • Second language (if required as per Project Scope above).

  • MAC OS X experience preferred

  • 1 year technical support or other problem solving experience preferred, not necessary

  • Able to maintain positive attitude and attention to detail when performing repetitive tasks

  • Adaptable and able to learn new projects and processes

  • Shift coverage includes standard M-F day shift.
