• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.


• Confer with internal and external personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.


• Research, design, evaluate, install, operate, and maintain Manufacturing products, equipment, systems and processes to meet requirements, applying knowledge of engineering principles.


• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to resolve issues.


• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications.


• Write and perform equipment validations on equipment.


• Provide training on new equipment to staff.


• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.


• Keeping projects within budget and timelines to meet company specifications.

Education/Experience

• Four-year degree in Manufacturing or Manufacturing Engineering required.


• 3 years previous related experience and/or training preferred.


• Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
