Position Summary
We are looking for a Designer to join our Direct-to-Consumer Creative Team at Constellation Brands, reporting into the Associate Creative Director of DTC, to help concept & execute all cross-channel assets, geared to drive results based on ongoing performance analysis and category insights.
The position is responsible for delivering effective, aesthetic, on-brand, and on-strategy creative deliverables for websites, web landing pages, email & SMS promotions, social media ads, and packaging collateral.
Responsibilities: i.e. what’s the job to be done...
Produce assets for all brand-owned channels, both digital and physical/print – For digital, this includes but is not limited to website assets, website landing page assets, social media creative (both organic and paid) and emails – Physical print designs include packaging, collateral and promotional materials.
Translate product positioning, category insights, and “bottom-up”, performance based learnings into creative geared to drive DTC e-commerce KPIs. and integrity of the creative direction and brand guidelines.
Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all digital customer touch points.
Actively participate in ongoing brainstorms and promotional calendars, and then execute on the creation of assets for the resulting campaigns
Closely partner with Community, Growth & Retention Managers to ensure key messaging and copy is integrated within all relevant deliverables, as well as a Creative Project Manager to ensure deliverables are prioritized and executed on-time.
Previous Experience: i.e. what we’re looking for…
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, visual arts, advertising creative and/or 1-3 years of professional experience supporting consumer brands (either internally or for an agency) with digital graphic design
A broad portfolio of design work proven to drive business results, and aesthetically align with brand guidelines
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite products (Motion Graphics a plus)
Proficiency in Sketch is a plus
Experience designing within e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify themes, WooCommerce), ESPs (e.g. Klaviyo, ReSci), and webpage platforms is a plus
Deep knowledge of social media ad asset guidelines, and an understanding of platform capabilities and user behavior
Comfortable working within presentation tools such as Google Slides, Powerpoint, and Keynote
Proven ability to collaborate with Strategists, Designers, Project Managers, and other cross-functional groups
The role provides room for growth as this newly-founded division scales, and is supported by close senior mentorship from the Associate Creative Director and Creative Director of DTC.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Marketing Creative and/or luxury/fine wine & spirits
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
NY based, with ability to routinely travel to NYC area a plus
