Job Description Summary
Position Summary: The Corporate Revenue Manager’s responsibilities support of the Sonesta revenue management organization, senior leadership team, and other corporate departments via critical analysis of revenue management reporting.Work Environment Primarily working at a desk in the corporate office.
Physical Demands Working online, facilitating conference calls, attending meetings.
Expected Hours of Work Full-time management position.
Travel: Occasional travel may be required.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred and at least five year’s relevant revenue management / reservations experience. Multiple hotel and hotel type (Full-Service, Limited Service, Extended Stay) preferred.
Job Description
Principle duties and responsibilities (Essential Functions) include:
· Revenue Management Reporting:
o Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPI reporting used by revenue management team, senior leadership team, regional and property teams, and ownership.
o OTB, market share, market segmentation, extended stay tiers, channel, rate shops, etc.
o Critical analysis of KPI reporting to measure property/market performance, identify trends, and suggest actions to address findings
· Revenue Management SOP’s / Best Practices:
o Team with CDRM / RDRM / Distribution to establish, document, communicate, and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills
· Five years relevant revenue management experience.
· Proficient in hospitality systems such as CRS, RMS, and PMS.
· SynXis, IDeaS, and Opera skills preferred.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
· Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
· Extensive knowledge of hotel and hospitality industry.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
