Brief Description:

This role is responsible for managing the ingestion and quality process of the Trade Exchange program to ensure the database is updated and customer deliverables are satisfied.

Essential Key Responsibilities/Job Summary

• Manage the process by which Trade information is transferred and ingested into D&B databases. Investigate and resolve problems. 


• Leverage technical skills such as JCL, SAS, and PHP and serve as technical liaison between key business partners with respect to maintaining the flow of information.  


• Perform quality checks and analysis on data and fulfill internal and external queries supporting product, services, and revenue.


• Ensure information flows into the system by contacting data suppliers who are latent and manage the expected compliance of the information.  


• Manage  new data participants following D&B information policies to increase the size the of database and support the data strategy.  


• Participate in projects to transform the business to a new environment and gain operational efficiencies.


• Drive continuous improvements to achieve enhanced data quality and improved customer deliverables


• Develop and cultivate long term business partner and customer relationships utilizing strong communication skills. 


• Partner with internal and external customers, acting as SME for related data analytics, to cultivate understanding of data flows, data rationalization, and information value that will lead to incremental revenue for D&B. 


• Serve as a resource to other team members.  Display strong leadership skills through the organization and activities of concurrent projects.

Education/Experience and Competencies

• Bachelor’s degree and 0-3 years of experience.


• Strong technical aptitude.


• Proficient in Microsoft office suite.  JCL, SQL, JIRA, Business Objects, Power BI, helpful.


• Results oriented and are capable of working independently while managing multiple priorities


• You are intellectually curious and enjoy problem solving/analysis.


• You are results oriented and have the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.


• You have strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence key stakeholders.
