As the Senior Specialist, Operations - Driver Recruiting, you will lead company driver and owner-operator growth by partnering with both internal and external sources. You'll also maintain effective relationships with business unit leaders, while serving as a subject matter expert on recruiting processes, procedures and systems for the team. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Source and recruit drivers and independent contractors


• Partner with ad agency on job posting placement for company drivers and owner-operators


• Network with industry peers and professional organizations to stay current on industry trends and compensation analysis


• Manage, generate and oversee independent contractor/lease purchase owner-operator contracts

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience recruiting drivers

• Associate or bachelor's degree


• Proficient knowledge of and experience with recruitment, selection processes and DOT requirements


• 3 years of experience recruiting company drivers and owner-operators


• Excellent interpersonal skills
