THE POSITION

Reporting to the Global Research & Insights Director, the Sr. Manager, Global Research & Insights will manage market research projects across Dentsply Sirona and provide market data analysis will help guide Dentsply Sirona's global brand strategy.

Responsibilities include the analysis and presentation of data to key internal stakeholders, aid in the continued development of internal processes to support in the execution of Market Research projects by the Corporate, Product Groups and key Commercial Organizations. Another responsibility will be the contribution to regular proactive communications regarding the state of the market (including competitor trends) and brand, as well as ongoing internal projects.

The Global Research & Insights Sr. Manager will build relationships across the organization, as well as 3rd party market research vendors and agencies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage global market research, both primary and secondary, to support the corporate team, product groups and commercial organizations.
• Ensure efficient use of market research resources and transparent communications between multiple stakeholders.
• Manage 3rd party assets to make sure findings from qualitative and quantitative research are actionable, validated, synthesized with other data, and effectively communicated.
• Ensure that the business is leveraging the best approaches to insight generation.
• Aid the Director in developing and executing an internal market data reporting strategy, including a global dental trends report.
• Explore B2C market research opportunities to drive strategy from the patient's perspective.
• Work output of this individual is an input into strategic direction of company from a marketing and innovation standpoint.

Experience/Skillset

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 8+ years of market research experience
• Global experience preferred
• Time spent within B2C required. B2B research experience preferred. Experience in Dental and/or Pharmaceutical is highly preferred but not required.
• Expertise across different quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including study design, questionnaire/discussion guide development, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, advanced statistical analysis and creating executive level summary of findings required
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
• Ability to translate data from multiple sources into insight
• Capable of managing project schedules and short deadlines that run simultaneously
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Ideal candidate would be multi-lingual particularly in German

LOCATION

• The position is highly preferred to be based in Charlotte, NC.
