Service Delivery Manager- Product Manager- Financial Services- Denver, US- Permanent

We are looking for a self-motivated Service Delivery Manager with proven Product management experience to join our highly capable and talented team based out of Denver.
You will be the link between Technology and the business, aligning with stakeholders to focus on new or existing products, driving forward to the creation of roadmaps that will feed into our delivery organization.

So, what will you be doing?
You will be busy, no doubt about it but we have fun along the way.
You will be results-oriented as you take accountability for the end to end delivery of technology solutions aligned with our given Loan Services business domain. We expect you to provide leadership, transparency and strategic thought leadership when working with stakeholders, ensuring we have a predictable and fit for purpose product solution.
Hopefully, you will have grasped how important relationship management will be for us in this role and we expect that you are comfortable operating across all levels of our business, ensuring a common understanding exists across technology deliverables to support a given product.
We are also keen you drive and encourage active participation from our SME's in ideation, solutioning and strategic roadmap creation. This will ensure our technology solutions align and deliver on the business domain needs.
You will be an advocate for Technology and the business simultaneously and need transparency in your approach around the product portfolio; being clear and concise around technology projects and enhancements to products.

What do we need from you?

• Proven experience in Product Management; Managing the product lifecycle with the ability to build business cases
• Technology savvy
• Significant experience of projects, programmes and/or IT Delivery
• Understanding of SAFe methodology, or comparable delivery frameworks
• Experience of delivering large scale predictable results through Agile teams

You will be a strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term vision with the ability to balance short and long terms goals. We ask you to be proactive in understanding the market and ensuring you keep on top of market trends and apply that knowledge internally.
Being able to build credible, trusted and long-term relationships is key across our business and this should come naturally to you.
