The Analytics Solution Manager for the Digital Customer Experience (DCE) will work closely with key business stakeholders to define and instrument the solution to capture metrics needed to measure the health of the Customer Engagement Platform.

Responsibilities

• Work with solution leads to identify key performance indicators


• Drive prioritization of KPI instrumentation in alignment with business priorities


• Gain alignment with business stakeholders and DCE solution tracks on an implementation roadmap


• Synthesize solution requirements from business, financial and industry acumen.


• Document and champion the value proposition and business case to bring innovative solutions to market

Education and Experience

• Understanding of web usage analytics (Adobe Analytics preferred)


• Knowledge of common use cases supported by HPE Support Center portal


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering or related field of study.


• MBA or advanced degree preferred.


• Agile software development experience a plus


• 6+ years of product management experience preferred

Knowledge and Skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.


• Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies, from customer to C-level.


• Extensive team skills and ability to cross functionally drive/influence work through others for complex, ambiguous projects.


• Extensive skills in cost efficient solution building, financial performance metric creation and analysis.

• A high degree of adaptability and flexibility to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
