As an Org Change Associate within PNC's Mortgage Operations organization, you will be based in Jacksonville, FL, Pittsburgh, PA or Downers Grove, IL.

Job Description


  • Manages one or more consulting engagements modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend organizational change solutions. Provides appropriate services to client for deliverable needs.

  • Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more organizational change engagement components.

  • Oversees performance of organizational change engagement data collection, research, reporting activities and staff.

  • Performs analysis and solution development for key organizational change engagement module(s).

  • Determines and effectively recommends organizational change solutions and measures outcomes. Works with senior consultants/managers to develop and deliver client solutions and resolves project and client issues.

Project Management – Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources, to achieve project objectives.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
