Job Description:

The Collateral Servicing Specialist is an administrative position that performs the data entry, prepping, scanning, image review and storage for physical documents received. This role will require competent computer and 10 key skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining close attention to details.

Requirements

• Performing basic data entry
• Operating Imaging/Extraction Equipment
• Logging incoming work
• Sorting, filing, and distributing work, including electronic files, if applicable
• Reviewing incoming documentation/work files
• Scanning documents Uploading/downloading information to/from systems
• Processing/reviewing transactions
• Maintaining site productivity and quality standards
• Conducting basic research
• Remittance processing
• Work within the client defined processing guidelines
• Following Standard Operating Procedures

Additional Skills:

• Detail-oriented
• Professional oral and written communication skills
• Alpha/Numeric data entry and typing skills - with excellent accuracy
• Basic PC skills and Microsoft applications (Word and Excel)
• Must be able to work in a production environment with a sense of urgency
• Must be a team player and maintain a positive attitude at all times
• Good time management skills
• Physical requirements: Sitting - up to 60% of the time, Standing - up to 20% of the time, Lifting - up to 5% of the time and up to 50 pounds; Walking - up to 15% of the time

A Government Security Clearance may be required for this position. This includes, but is not limited to:
