Job Description:

The successful candidate for this role will be part of a newly formed Chase Card team that is responsible for the operational development and Controls onboarding for a customer travel benefits programs. Specifically, the Marketing Associate will have responsibilities in these key areas:

• Establish a comprehensive governance framework including policies, procedures and Contract management for multiple audiences (Chase, Partner and on-site locations)

• Coordinate with external Partner(s) on compliance reviews, reporting, audits and industry specific regulatory requirements

• Support development for Chase KPI reporting and on-going end to end internal/external invoice processing

• Work closely with internal Chase teams to ensure Supplier Standards adherence with Partner and on-site locations; Controls, Compliance, Complaints, Finance, Accounting, Invoicing

• Lead Records Management development and repository oversight

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience required, preferably in financial services industry

• Strong operational and controls management skills

• Outstanding relationship management and ability to work within a highly matrixed structure

• Proactive, action-oriented and results-driven; can prioritize and manage multiple initiatives at the same time
