The duties of this Systems Intern will be focused on supporting the execution of Controls/HMI/MES Projects. This internship position will be based at Green Bay, WI Corporate Office location but will start out working remotely. The individual in this position will work closely with the plant management team and Home Office Systems Programming team. This internship will work year round, part-time hours during the school year (15-20 hours/week) and full-time during summer/winter breaks.

What you'll do:

• Developing and troubleshooting data historian applications


• Developing and troubleshooting MES modules


• Evaluate various web based reporting solutions


• Document and design plant and test environment network/equipment infrastructure


• Document standard software installation procedures


• Execute software version upgrades

What you'll need to succeed:

• Completed Sophomore-level status or higher toward a BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technologies or Information Technologies program


• Maintained a GPA of 2.75 of higher


• Ability to work part-time hours during the school year (15-20 hours/week) and full-time during summer/winter breaks.


• Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed)


• Effective communications skills


• Ability to work well with Plant Partners, Home Office Partners, as well as Partners in other departments


• Ability to take ownership of assignments and complete them


• Desire to grow and take on new challenges/opportunities
