Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant will support the Chief Revenue Officer across a variety of functions with a wide range of administrative and reporting responsibilities. The best candidate will be a flexible, detail-oriented, proactive team player with a broad skill base and an enthusiastic approach towards all levels and kinds of administrative work. This is not a typical assistant role, but rather one that requires a higher-than-usual level of communication expertise and an outstanding familiarity with common workplace tools (e.g., Google Suite). At the same time, this role will require a willingness to perform more traditional assistant tasks as necessary (e.g., expense reporting and system/process troubleshooting).

What You’ll Do


  • Manage monthly leadership meetings for the Chief Revenue Officer (including attendee and speaker management, agenda, meeting space, meals, etc.); (working in tandem with the Equifax Event Coordination Office as necessary);

  • Coordinate senior leadership relationships, events, contacts and daily calendars;

  • Coordinate senior leadership arrangements for outside meetings/hotel stays/transportation;

  • Regularly support/enhance the development of visual presentations (usually via Google Slides) and supporting data (usually via Google Sheets or Doc);

  • Stewardship of monthly financial metrics, market share reports, budget role-ups, etc. (mostly Excel-based with a significant degree of complexity);

  • Management of team Google sites (updated messaging, org charts, presentations, etc.);

  • Complete senior leadership expense reporting and other corporate administrative tasks (e.g., internal system troubleshooting, new employee on-boarding, etc.);

  • Become familiar with key client contacts (especially peer assistant staff), proactively developing relationships that improve/accelerate interaction between Equifax and client senior personnel;

  • Support the Chief Revenue Officer in scheduling follow-up and maintaining prospect engagement and project management;

  • Police sales pipeline input quality and ensure complete/accurate reporting dashboards;

  • Perform other duties or special projects in support of the business operations of the Chief Revenue Officer, as appropriate.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 3 years of Executive Assistant experience for a large organization.

  • Client-focused, friendly, and positive attitude (a helpful and enthusiastic demeanor).

  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, including the ability to comfortably communicate with senior leadership and client personnel.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to work either independently or in a team environment, depending on the task.

  • Exceptional organization skills and impeccable attention to detail.

  • Superior poise and judgment with the ability to work well under pressure.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and re-prioritize tasks based on established objectives and urgencies.

  • Clear proficiency/acumen Microsoft Office (with an especially high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and internet research skill.

  • Absolute discretion in handling highly confidential materials.
