Fraser Stryker Law Firm is looking for an HR Assistant. This position:
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records and documentation,
Assists with HR, staff management and other administrative processes.
Helps to complete bi-monthly payroll procedures, to balance and reconcile payroll records and to resolve and adjust discrepancies,
Performs periodic audits of HR files and other company records to ensure required documents and information are collected and maintained appropriately,
Works with others to improve the efficiency of processes through automation, and
Performs other Human Resource and Administrative processes as needed.
Successful candidates have:
Detail orientation and strong organizational skills,
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally at all levels,
Proficient with Microsoft Office systems or related software,
Experience with or the ability to quickly learn in an HRIS or similar applications,
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment,
Associate's Degree with one to two years of administrative or HR experience, preferred.
