Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Full ownership of the “Leasing Mailbox” including engagement with individual Leasing Agents to model and support specific analysis on potential deals.

  • Manage Leasing data to ensure forecast inputs are up to date and accurate.

  • Manage Tenant Improvement capital costs forecast.

  • Identify, verify, and investigate variances to budget and prior forecasts.

  • Assist in maintaining 5-year rolling forecasts and financial models used by Finance and Asset Management for strategic insights and decision support.

  • Create and maintain Weekly Leasing reports.

  • Verify deal points on executed leases for accuracy.

  • Provide support for Ad Hoc analytical requests.

  • Provide support for process and system improvements and automation.

Education / Experience Requirements:



  • BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar field

  • 0-2 years relevant experience that involves data management, analysis, and reporting

  • Financial acumen and analytical skills to interpret data results

  • Strong work ethic and communication skills

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

  • Ability to meet multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced, growth environment

  • Must have the ability to work well independently, efficiently, and thoughtfully to understand how data changes affect other metrics

Education

Required
  • Bachelors or better in Finance or related field
