Overview
Responsible for performing moderately complex network designs; performing upgrades to limited segments of the network, and performing routine network operations and maintenance (O&M)
Position is of immediate availability upon candidacy approval by Customer.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities not limited to the following:
Supports Virtual Development Environments (VDEs) hosted in AWS.
Manages and tracks requirements through the teams' requirements tracking tool.
Installs, enhance, and maintain work on the Virtual Development Environment hosted in Sponsor's cloud environment.
Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with the VDE as reported by consumers.
Provides Operations & Maintenance of the Virtual Development Environment.
Conducts engineering activities such as documenting internal processes, procedures, and scripts.
Works with the Staff Digital Engineer to set priorities and strategic direction.
Installs and configures all new software.
Creates customer outreach materials such as online wikis, webcasts, and other documentation.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
Clearance - TS/SCI with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Minimum of three years' related experience. Associate degree can be considered with additional related work experience and certifications.
Masters and Higher educational degree and related years of experience preferred.
Combination of experience and education may be substituted to meet requirements.
Compensation - commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated experience with Madrid or later versions of the ServiceNow software baseline
Demonstrated experience in IT Project Management
Demonstrated experience using agile development methodology (planning, execution and delivery)
Demonstrated experience in release, sprint, user story application, and module testing in the ServiceNow platform
Demonstrated experience developing code-based customizations of ServiceNow
Demonstrated experience using IT Service Management (ITSM) application suites
Demonstrated experience using IT Business Management (ITBM )application suites
Demonstrated experience using IT Operations Management (ITOM) application suites
Certifications (one or more of the following):
ITIL v3
ITIL v4 Foundations Certification
Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITSM suite
Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow ITOM suites
Demonstrated experience with relevant Sponsor custom applications and processes
Demonstrate experience with Sponsor's system security accreditation process
Demonstrated experience collaborating with stakeholders such as the Sponsor staff, IT customers, and other technical and non-technical staff and contractors
Demonstrated experience deploying ServiceNow infrastructure in a cloud computing environment such as AWS
Demonstrated experience integrating ServiceNow infrastructure with auditing systems
Certifications: (one or more of the following)
ServiceNow Systems Administrator
Sponsor's System Administration Certification (System Administration Security Course)
Willingness to attain Sponsor's System Administration Certification
