Overview
The Project Integrator provides collaboration and facilitation for project activities and schedules. The project integrator works closely with staff PM and actively coordinates with all stakeholders through gathering, analyzing and composing technical information. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology. Translates technical information into clear, readable documents and presentation to be used by technical and non-technical personnel. Supports the development of all types of documents and reports by developing and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents. Responsible for integrating the graphics and information generated from meetings and facilitation sessions, using automated tools, and research methods into final deliverable documents.
Position is of immediate availability upon candidacy approval by Customer.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities not limited to the following:
Responsible for assessing, documenting, and tracking new program requirements and follow-on technical exchange meetings (TEMs).
Responsible for preparing management plans and reports.
Responsible for composing technical documents including user's manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports. Conduct research and ensure the use of proper technical terminology.
Responsible for coordinating project schedules, including participation in meetings; documentation and distribution of minutes and action items; and tracing action items for successful completion. Plan and coordinate program management process activities such as Program Reviews and Control Gate Reviews including scheduling of meetings and preparation of briefings/presentations.
Facilitate meetings and information sessions.
Provide documentation, requirements, and information updates.
Provide support such as technical writing, technical editing of word processing and other computer based documents, integration of various sources into a cohesive product which may be delivered as computer based magnetic media, preparation of graphical and narrative presentation material.
Support the PM in resource leveling planning and analysis.
Qualifications
Requirements:
Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.
Clearance - TS/SCI with an appropriate Polygraph
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Minimum of three years' related experience. Associate degree can be considered with additional related work experience and certifications.
Masters and Higher educational degree and related years of experience preferred.
Combination of experience and education may be substituted to meet requirements.
Compensation - commensurate with qualifications and experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business and management principles involved in
strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production
methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative
solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Economics and Accounting - Knowledge of economic and accounting principles and practices,
and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio and SharePoint.
