Overview

You are the team member who will design, develop, and produce media elements and interactions that support clear communication and learner interaction and assessment related to adult learning solutions. These learning solutions may include but are not limited to: graphics, websites, web-tools, online courses, Web-Based Training (WBTs) and other artifacts to support online, blended, and face-to-face training. This development effort will facilitate the Sponsor's mission to support training across their organization.

Position is of immediate availability upon candidacy approval by Customer.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities not limited to the following:


  • Work closely with Sponsor management, instructional design teams and subject-matter-expert instructors to determine technical requirements for learning solutions

  • Research, design, develop, document, and implement media products and artifacts in support of training courses for the Sponsor

  • Create training materials such as web-based training courses, online training courses, online training portals, websites, graphics and visuals for print and online consumption, and video projects

  • Maintain web-based training courses, online training courses, online training portals, web-sites, graphics and visuals for print and online consumption, and video projects

  • Provide support for web-based training courses, online training courses, online training portals, web-sites, graphics and visuals for print and online consumption, and video projects

  • Support in-class learning technologies such as audience response system,

  • Document code and processes

  • Maintain code and processes

  • Use knowledge management repositories

  • Use project tracking systems and processes

  • Ensure all activities and products are consistent with the Sponsor's requirements

  • Comply with all relevant legal restrictions such as accessibility (Section 508), privacy and copyright



Qualifications

Requirements:

Citizenship: Must be a US Citizen.

Clearance - TS/SCI with ability to obtain TS/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline. Minimum of three years' related experience. Associate degree can be considered with additional related work experience and certifications.

  • Masters and Higher educational degree and related years of experience preferred.

  • Combination of experience and education may be substituted to meet requirements.

  • Compensation - commensurate with qualifications and experience.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Demonstrated experience working in a training environment

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Demonstrated experience using Joomla site design and site administration

  • Demonstrated experience with SharePoint

  • Demonstrated experience developing Web-Based Training (WBT) or online training courses or other E-learning solutions

  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, After Effects) and other various software products

  • Demonstrated experience with

  • Cascading Style Sheet (CSS)

  • JavaScript (JS)

  • HTML5

  • Demonstrated experience solving application development problems

  • Demonstrated experience providing advice and recommendations on product design

  • Demonstrated experience incorporating considerations into web site design plans, such as budgets, equipment, performance requirements, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy

  • Demonstrated experience designing, building, and maintaining web sites

  • Demonstrated experience using authoring or scripting languages

  • Demonstrated experience using content creation and management tools for digital media
