Starting Pay: $14-15 Per Hour

With our monthly bonus opportunity, team members can make up to $28 per hour.

Location and Hours:

Location is Round Rock, Texas

We offer Part-time and full-time schedules! Not a morning person? We’re hiring for call center positions that start as late as noon.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  •  Collect on Telecom, Utility, Auto Deficiency, and other types of third-party delinquencies.

  • Locate and contact consumers.

  • Negotiate payment arrangements.

  • Actively listen to consumer.

  • Professionally document interactions in detail on our platform.

Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •  Perform other tasks as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  •  High school diploma or GED plus 1 year experience in customer service, collections, or customer contact center.

Qualifications:


  • Desire to help consumers work through financial challenges.

  • Set goals, meet deadlines, work diligently.

  • Effectively manage time, multi-task, and prioritize.

  • Proficient PC and typing skills.

  • Assertive, clear, and concise written\oral communication skills.

  • Professional telephone communication techniques and ability to be on the telephone for long periods of time.

  • Must comply with all state, federal, and company policies.

  • Must be able to pass background and reference checks and drug screens.

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Bilingual - Spanish

Physical and Mental Demands:


  • Occasionally must move about inside the office

  •  Repetitive motion. Regularly operates a computer, phone, and general office equipment

  •  Regularly uses hands/fingers to handle, feel, or grasp; reaches or extends arm(s) in any direction.

  • Hearing and speaking. Regularly talks with other employees and on the phone, virtually, or in person with clients. Regularly uses hearing to listen and respond to internal and external contacts.

  • Visual acuity. Regularly must have close visual acuity to view and enter information into computer and software systems, analyze data, develop presentations and reports, and other materials.

  • Mental focus. Requires worker to maintain focus and exchange detailed and accurate information through oral and written communication.

  • Mental effort, organization, concentration and self-direction are required.

  • Fast paced, high energy, team oriented, and changing environment.
