What You Will be Doing at Woodard & Curran :

We are looking for two talented entry-level engineers to join our growing Industrial Water and Wastewater business in our Wayne, Pennsylvania and Canton, Massachusetts offices. You will be involved with project work from your first day, working side-by-side with experienced engineers and scientists.  You will be involved in teams and will be expected to be able to work independently with some direction.

This position will provide engineering support for industrial wastewater treatment and other areas within our Industrial Wastewater Practice. Work may fall under the following areas: water and wastewater treatment process studies and design, treatment system modeling, fieldwork including jar tests and pilot testing, construction oversight and startup services, permitting support, and memo and report writing. Specific work experience in Industrial Water and Wastewater is not required as we are willing to train the right individual. Great crossover experience includes construction, water or wastewater plant operation, water and sanitary wastewater, and other site civil projects.  You will support industrial clients throughout the U.S.  Some travel is required.

What you will Need to Succeed:

• 0-2 years’ experience


• B.S. in Civil/Environmental Engineering (M.S. with wastewater coursework is preferable)


• Experience with consulting engineering desired


• Laboratory testing experience relative to measuring typical wastewater analytical parameters and performing bench/pilot test procedures is preferred


• FE/EIT registration preferable.


• Knowledge of AutoCAD is strongly desired.


• Excellent computer, verbal and written skills required.
