The Call Center Manager will manage all aspects of service operations serving as the first point of contact for those impacted by COVID. Call Center Representatives will assist Coloradans in accessing funding available and provide assistance to administrative and management teams using established systems and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of responding to incoming calls according to HORNE policy including but not limited to fielding caller inquiries, directing callers to the appropriate staff member, or taking messages for internal staff.
Assist in case management functions
Provide administrative support such as copying, scanning, emailing, filing and faxing as needed
Manage multiple calendars; arrange meetings, conference calls, and video conferences using Outlook
Assist with travel arrangements, meeting arrangements, data entry, correspondence, document scanning, etc.

Requirements:
2+ years’ experience managing people in a customer service environment
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates or bachelor's degree preferred
1+ year experience in a customer service role
Experience managing heavy call volume is preferred
Ability to pass a background check (fingerprinting may be required)***
