Responsibilities of the role:
Performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the MVP, Sales Operations & Execution and SVP, Global Sales Strategy and Operations according to Company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative
Provides screening, fielding and prioritizing of inbound communications via e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner
Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally and externally
Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with involved stakeholders
Creates reports and Ops presentations as needed
Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects
Fully manages the calendar of the MVP and SVP and at times, other members of the executive leadership team
When applicable, coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning
Schedules conference calls and video conferences
Participates in team meetings/events and other activities that improve processes and morale
Enters and reviews T&E submissions
All other duties as assigned
Role Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Five plus years business experience working in a fast paced customer service environment, preferred.
Five years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred.
The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignments and coordinate and monitor workflow.
Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish.
Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and also to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Expert skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way.
Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
