Responsibilities of the role:



  • Performs diversified administrative tasks and special assignments in support of the MVP, Sales Operations & Execution and SVP, Global Sales Strategy and Operations according to Company and department procedures while exercising a high degree of discretion and initiative



  • Provides screening, fielding and prioritizing of inbound communications via e-mail to resolve critical issues in a timely manner



  • Interacts in a professional manner with senior executives internally and externally



  • Works autonomously to manage projects and maintain communication with involved stakeholders



  • Creates reports and Ops presentations as needed



  • Demonstrates a proven ability to analyze data, research information, problem-solve and coordinate projects



  • Fully manages the calendar of the MVP and SVP and at times, other members of the executive leadership team



  • When applicable, coordinates detailed travel arrangements, as well as meeting and event planning



  • Schedules conference calls and video conferences



  • Participates in team meetings/events and other activities that improve processes and morale



  • Enters and reviews T&E submissions



  • All other duties as assigned



Role Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred



  • Five plus years business experience working in a fast paced customer service environment, preferred.



  • Five years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior executives, preferred.



  • The ability to prioritize, complete multiple assignments and coordinate and monitor workflow.



  • Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to manage a project from start to finish.



  • Capacity to work on multiple projects at once, and also to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.



  • Expert skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.



  • Experience working with confidential material in a discreet and professional way.



  • Must be highly organized with good time management skills with a strong ability to handle tight deadlines
