TransCore (TCI), a subsidiary of Roper Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: ROP) is seeking two (2) General Laborers to join our team in Orlando, FL.

Job Duties will be the following, but not limited to:

• Responsible for the trimming of tree limbs and overgrowth obstructing ITS equipment functionality.


• Ability to operate small engine machines (e.g. Weed whacker, Chainsaws etc).


• Cleaning and clearing of overgrowth around pull boxes and ITS sites.


• Ability to operate a bucket truck


• Driving is required for the position.


• Shift work will be needed for this position


• Able to travel on need basis

Required Skills:

• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and safe driving record


• Be able to complete and pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) background check.


• Be able and willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Previous outdoor experience is a plus!


• Be able to work overtime and weekends (as needed)


• Able to work in various shifts

Desired Skills:

• Maintenance of Traffic Certification preferred but not required


• Ability to read roadway maps and Google earth

Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
