You can be the leader overseeing our seasonal tax force. Freshening up on new tax laws and passing your knowledge down to your team in one of the most important seasons of the year!

You'll know you're successful when you:

• Supervise staff and assign tasks efficiently
• Ensure required compliance is met in the processing of IRS, State, Bank, & internal forms
• Provide support to our network of branches in filing customer tax returns
• Assist in preparation of training modules and materials for on-line and on-site training
• Process amendments and review IRS and/or State letters received by tax customers

You could be a great addition if you have:

• A minimum 2 years of individual tax preparing experience
• Excellent verbal and written customer service and communication skills
• Strong Excel and Word skills
• The ability to train branch personnel and seasonal tax staff.
• The ability to lead and motivate a seasonal tax support team
• IRS requirements to obtain and maintain a PTIN and participate in e-Services
