Position Summary:

The Sales Analyst is an extension of the Sales Team, providing support to Account Managers in the field, working with customers, assisting in the creation and running of reports, helping to track business, and owning forecasting of business for field sales teams. The Sales Analyst provides analysis of the entire forecasting process, updates shipment trends, ensures tracking and input of new items in the system, and maintains shippers and off-shelf display vehicles accepted by customers.

Ways to Make an Impact:

The Sales Analyst provides unbridled support to Account Managers in the field by learning customer dynamics, channel dynamics, and working to understand customer needs. The Sales Analyst will support field teams by providing region or class of trade specific data analytics as well as detailed tracking of all brokers' performances. In addition to supporting Account Managers in the field and ensuring their success through forecasting, the Sales Analyst will assist with new item forms and slides for customer presentations and be flexible and willing to assist in other ways to ensure the success of the Sales organization.

The Sales Analyst provides support and assistance to Account Managers in the field in all aspects, primarily through forecasting and a flexibility to assist the field Sales team with a variety of customer-related projects. The Sales Analyst will be successful at recognizing problems and organizing creative solutions while being willing to learn all aspects of the Sales organization to better assist the team in meeting goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or related Business field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Eagerness and willingness to learn the ins and outs of the Sales Organization
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
