The Supply Chain Systems Analyst position provides critical operational, analytical and forecasting activities associated with Ferrara's customers and products. The Analyst is a key contributor in helping to develop and execute against the business objectives and strategy while providing analytics solutions to complex business challenges. This individual will create and maintain forecast models for Ferrara's customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from sales, marketing, finance, retailer replenishment analysts, and other sources (i.e. Nielsen, IRI or other syndicated consumer data). In addition, this role will support the supply chain by designing, building, and maintaining dashboards and tools that are used to drive business results.

Experience with SAP, APO & Business objects preferred
Ability to collaborate with IT on Business projects as identified by leadership
Maintain and assign Statistical Models in APO on a monthly basis for existing and new SKU's
Utilize and assist in data maintenance of Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system tool
Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, and evaluate forecast results. Develop demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation for multiple time horizons as part of demand planning function
Coordinate cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Interact with sales, marketing, and customer finance to understand demand forecast drivers
Utilize a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
Provide input to the Supply Planning organization in developing inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs
Closely coordinate and communicate customer action plans with supply planning
Review sales plans, customer finance budget updates or latest estimates and demand drivers
Achieve consensus for operational demand forecasts by facilitating a collaborative planning process with sales, marketing and finance personnel
Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures

Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Statistics/Science discipline, or combination of education and equivalent experience
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel are required, including experience in gathering, organizing, and analyzing various complex data sets to utilize for presenting recommendations
Familiarity with SAP software required and/or APO planning software/Business Warehouse/Business Intelligence systems preferred
Proficient in Supply Chan principles and forecasting
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
