About the role
TheInventory Management Planner drives the creation, management and execution ofsales and inventory plans, ensuring achievement of division financial goals.
What you'll do
Developsdivision, department & class level plans that support market strategy
Developtops/down dept/class sales and inventory plans that align with divisionobjectives
Developstyle-level sales and inventory plans
Ownbottoms-Up financial reconciliation to class/department
Informand validate Commercial Plan
Ownbusiness recaps (week, month, quarterly) to inform short term and long termfinancial strategies/action plans
Leaddemand driven buying efforts
OwnOTB and sales and inventory forecasting
Recommendand execute in-season pricing strategies
Informand influence in-season commercial plan changes
Identifyopportunities for process improvement
Maintaina collaborative, innovative and results-orientated environment
Influencecross functional partners to drive outcomes
Who you are
Bachelor'sdegree or equivalent experience
2-4years work experience, preferred
Financialand Business Acumen:
Ability to evaluatefinancial and business indicators and translate data into actionableinformation to drive results; proficiency in retail math
ProblemSolving & Decision Quality:
Able touse rigorous logic and methods to solve problems with effective solutions
