As the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Pharmacy Director and collaborate with the DOP and ADOP to ensure quality, regulatory compliance. The Pharmacy Manager will be responsible for utilizing excellent communication skills and create positive interactions with healthcare providers and patients. This role requires effective communication, great leadership skills, strategy, planning, implementation, and maintaining staff orientation and training for laboratory technicians.
