Along with UAV, streaming webcams, professional facility management videos, and virtual walkthroughs, we deliver interactive as-builts by linking inspection-grade photos to architectural plans to capture every project with exceptional clarity.

We're seeking an experienced and highly motivated General Manager for our Dallas Operation who is ready to join an industry leader in a booming market.

What You Can Do:


  • You are a player coach

  • You have strong sales and general management skills

  • You have strong networking skills and are passionate about developing them inside the Dallas construction market

  • Deliver personal and team sales objectives

  • Grow and develop a strong sales and operations team

  • Good understanding of Sales Management Processes' with the ability to coach and support Sales Management

  • Represent the Multivista Brand in the Dallas market and be a contributing member of Multivista' s leadership team.


Who You Are:

  • You currently reside in the Greater Dallas Area.

  • You have existing relationships within the Dallas Construction Market.

  • You have 7+ yrs. of B2B sales/management experience (construction technology experience preferred).

  • You have experience using a CRM system for productivity (Salesforce experience is preferred.

  • You have experience managing and growing a sales team.

  • You have a strong understanding of business fundamentals, revenue drivers and financial statements.

  • You understand and can coach to all aspects of the sales cycle.

  • You have experience demonstrating products/services to management and executives.

  • You consistently achieve established quarterly and annual objectives.
