Job Purpose:



  • Engage with new construction customers in an assigned territory to explain termite warranties and sell additional services

  • Exceed budgets including monthly sales and passing, phone calls and customer home visits

  • Create daily schedule based upon new construction needs

  • Ensure completion of documentation to align with Northwest standards

  • Communicate value of service and transition prospects to Northwest customers

  • Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with internal and external customers including service centers and sales agents via networking

  • Attend all Northwest continuing education programs to enhance your daily performance

  • Complete additional duties pertaining to sales and retention as needed

  • Keeps a Safety-First mindset, including when operating company equipment and company vehicle

Requirements:


We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.  Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:



  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Experience

  • Exterminating experience not required, Northwest will invest in your training
