Through our unique datasets and proprietary identity graph, we help our clients meet better prospects, market more precisely, and measure and improve ROI.
The Digital Ad Operations Manager (DAM) for Claritas' Optimize Solutions Team will support the suite of attribution, measurement, and ad effectiveness solutions across key media agency, publisher, and multi-channel advertiser accounts. The DAM is responsible for the client’s overall satisfaction and return on investment of Claritas products and services. This role requires a consultative approach to servicing and supporting the client’s training requirements, daily projects, analytics, presentations, and implementation of their Claritas-licensed products and services. The DAM will build and strengthen strategic client relationships with a primary focus on growing revenue and product adoption and driving client satisfaction. The DAM will also be responsible for renewing existing agreements and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities alongside the Client Services Director.
Primary Responsibilities
Operate as the lead point of contact for assigned advertiser, publisher, and media agency clients
Serve as primary ad effectiveness consultant, training and educating clients on measurement solutions and best practices, and ultimately growing the existing business partnership
Coordinate and manage end-to-end omni-channel campaign tracking, including initial client onboarding and in-flight optimizations
Proactively track and oversee partner performance; take corrective and reinforcing actions to drive growth in sales activity
Identify key growth and cross-sell opportunities, quantify risks, and stay on top of channel performance trends
Prepare project proposals and negotiate and close renewal agreements with account lead
Lead product demos, present report insights, and provide recommendations using Claritas software, segmentation, and databases to support client’s strategic initiatives
Collaborate and build strong working relationships with various internal cross-functional teams
Monitor key advertising, podcast/streaming audio, and digital marketing industry trends that impact the Claritas business and develop strategies to help partners win with Claritas solutions.

Skills, Education and Experience:
Required:
Deep understanding of Digital and Direct Marketing, Ad Tech, AdOps, CRM, Direct Marketing, Campaign Analytics, or related field experience
Excellent verbal & written communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, or similar sales tools
Highly collaborative and strong desire to work in an entrepreneurial team environment
Excellent organizational skills with high degree of attention to detail
Excellent ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
Highly preferred:
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Business Analytics, or related field
Relevant experience in digital advertising and/or enterprise SaaS technology
Strong working knowledge of Claritas Segmentation and Core data assets
Knowledge of website functionality (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
Experience with Sales and Marketing automation tools and environments such as Salesforce
Experience in media campaign attribution/ad effectiveness (Podcast/OTT/Programmatic/Display/Video/Direct Mail)
