A prestigious hospital in the bay area is seeking an enthusiastic Manager of Performance Improvement and Patient Experience to join their Quality Management team.  Reporting to the Director of Quality, the Performance Improvement Transplant Manager will be expected to collaborate with department leaders and their medical teams to ensure the highest patient experience.

The Manager of Performance Improvement and Patient Experience will work closely with nurse leaders, registered staff nurses and physician program leaders to help lead the quality, compliance, and data driven programs.  The Nurse Manager in Performance Improvement will also be familiar with a transplant service line that consists of kidney, liver, and heart transplant, as well as ventricular assist device, advanced heart failure, living donor, HCC, HBP, hepatology, and neuro GI programs. 


Familiarity with Midas Plus Information System operations is especially important as the Manager of Patient Experience and Performance Improvement will utilize for various projects. The Manager of Patient Experience and Performance Improvement will utilize their experience and success to manage FTEs, help improve training, and help progress change. The Manager will also lead a team of program managers and also helps to facilitate the improvement work, throughout the organization. Furthermore, the Nurse Manager in Performance Improvement will have a strong knowledge and background of acute care hospital public reporting, specifically for The Joint Commission.
