MJ Care was founded over 40 years with a commitment to providing high quality, ethical services to improve the lives of individuals in rehab, skilled nursing facilities and home health.  We need a skilled and compassionate Rehab Director/OTA to join our growing team.

We will reply on you to carry out a comprehensive, individualized program of occupational therapy including assessment, treatment, planning, implementation, education, and communication to maximize a patient’s progress toward achieving functional goals.  Services are an important part of preventive care, rehabilitation, and treatment of patients with chronic conditions, illness, or injuries.

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program

Experience

• Requires a minimum of 3 years clinical experience as an OTA, including a minimum of 1 year of experience as a supervisor.


• Possesses effective interpersonal communication skills.


• Possesses effective organizational skills at the managerial level.


• Experience in business management preferred.

Licensure/Certification

• Relevant experience strongly preferred


• Current state license and/or certification to provide Occupational Therapist Assistant services in good standing.


• NBCOT certification is required.


• Valid National Provider Identifier (NPI)


• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to insured car


• Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen
