What you will do In this role you will instruct both new and experienced Residential HVAC professionals in various technical aspects of installation, efficiency optimization and repair. This would be a great role for an experienced Vocational Instructor or Service Team Lead with a knack for training. How you will do it This position is responsible for technical learning content creation and presentation for training distributors, contractors, and internal personnel. Proactive and accessible training of technical disciplines regarding our products reduces warranty costs, enhances market share and drives customer loyalty. These duties include: Authoring residential product-related technical training in support of our employees, distributors, and contractors. This learning, representing all Ducted Systems residential product platforms, includes digital reference content (Field Reference Guides), self-paced online course development, technical video scripting and demonstration, and live facilitation virtually and in the classroom. Supporting and expanding our Tech Foundry program to expand the HVAC technical workforce while enabling the growth of our customers. This course supports and builds technical acumen in individuals with little to no HVAC experience. Facilitation in and maintaining our residential training lab facility in Oklahoma City and all associated live course offerings and product certification programs. Speaking with prospective customers on all customer visits related to the high level of training support offered to Ducted Systems customers. Growing and supporting our Authorized Training Center program, providing guidance and curriculum for our distributor partners. Supporting distribution through (paid) instruction at their locations upon request.
Supporting our sales organization with one-on-one consultations with our customers and prospective customers. Champions the Residential Competitive Analysis program.
