Legal Recruiting Assistant - Seasonal

Summary

A 6 week temporary position supporting the Legal Recruiting department during their busy recruiting season.

Duties and Responsibilities

Assisting Legal Recruiting with organizing events, projects and administrative tasks.
This person will assist with the tracking, filing, and maintenance of the recruiting database, including inputting of interview schedules and creation of offer and rejection letters.
- This person will have frequent contact with the Summer Associates through emails and telephone conversations.
- This person will be required to perform various clerical functions such as tracking budget expenditures, scheduling Hiring Committee and summer program meetings, and preparing materials for the program as needed.
- Additionally, this team member will assist in planning the Summer Program events, and is expected to attend such events.
- In preparation for law school recruiting, this person will prepare interview binders and giveaways, create materials for callback offers, and attend offer decision meetings.
