Essential Functions

Project Management: Learn all aspects of Business Affairs for integrated production inclusive but not limited to TV, Industrial, Video Content, Radio, Print and Digital. Effectively manage small scale production upon assignment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

* Learn client and agency guidelines and advise according to project needs.

* Input client project info in production and talent logs.

* Create and reconcile estimates for production and talent reuse per assignment.

* Ballpark costs with Producers to gauge client feasibility for small scale productions.

* Review and negotiate all vendor bids with Producer and partner with Cost Consultant for feedback and approval if applicable.

* Secure all production insurance, including special insurance, general liability insurance, aircraft, drone, etc. for production and post-production projects via AON. Partner with Business Manager on project.

* Draft production company contract. Partner with Business Manager on project.

* Work with IPG Shared Services (Omaha) on Vendor Set-Up and Accounts Payable issues as needed.

* Issue and manage all vendor PO's and invoices per project.

* Maintain job status reports to ensure costs incurred are accurate. Request job transfers as needed.

* Advise on SAG guidelines per project specs/creative.

* Discuss and verify all usage terms for talent and/or music (i.e., Term, Territory, Media, Cost, Deliverables).

* Estimate talent sessions and residuals / foreign buyouts.

* Negotiate original spot & edits with talent agents.

* Advise on ongoing talent inquiries per client assignments.

* Work with SAG to secure waivers, i.e., Non-Professional Endorser, Testimonial, Low Budget Digital.

* Process talent session reports, contracts and invoices

* Partner with media companies to receive weekly talent reports and input weekly talent advices in talent payroll platform for performer residual payments.

* Manage Holding Fees, Guarantee payments and Cycle Expiration when needed.

* Maintain accurate timesheets that are completed by required deadlines
