This analyst role will add significant value with a laser-focused goal of supporting Strategy & Operations reporting within the Smart Connected Operations (SCO) Solutions segment, which enables factory digital transformation and broader Industry 4.0 technologies. The role will enable data-driven decision-making in support of a General Manager & Divisional Vice President of a business segment of PTC, leading to efficient oversight of new business generation and successful customer adoption of digital transformation technologies within the industrial factory setting.

This is a high-priority, high-visibility role will streamline and simplify the complexity of various business metrics relevant to executive management of the business segment, uncovering key insights across customers, products, and the business as a whole.

The Strategy & Operations Analyst will have significant visibility into management of a business segment, interacting with a cross-functional set of stakeholders from Sales and Marketing to Customer Success and Product & Solution management. The role reports into the Strategy & Operations lead for the business segment, which sits at the center of these functions in support of the General Manager. This is a tremendous opportunity for an early career professional to accelerate their professional growth.

Day-To-Day:
- Analysis of information through modeling and consolidation of data.
- Create executive-facing presentations and reports.
- Leverage business systems to inform data-driven decision making.
- Maintain listing of forward-looking pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage an up-to-date understanding of key customer information.
- Act as liaison with Finance team to coalesce financial data with multiple sourcesPreferred Skills and Knowledge:
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, v-lookup, index & match functions, etc.).
- Highly skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint (e.g., executive summary presentations).
- Experience with delivering presentations to an executive audience.
- Familiarity with analytics & dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, SQL).
- Familiarity with business information systems (i.e., Oracle Business Intelligence, Salesforce).
- Demonstrated drive, confidence and creativity.
- Self-motivation with excellent teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication skills- both oral and written.
- Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial or conflicting dataPreferred Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Analytics, etc.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (i.e., Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Operations, etc.)#LI-MN
