Job Description:

About Us

One Medical is a membership-based primary care platform challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. But this isn't your average doctor's office. We're on a mission to transform healthcare, which means tackling the frustrations of everyone involved - from patients and providers to employers and health networks.

Across the country, our members enjoy access to comprehensive care at more than 80 locations across twelve cities (and counting!) as well as 24/7 access to virtual care. We've reached some this year, but our work is far from over. As we continue to grow and broaden our impact, we're building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.
The Opportunity:

At One Medical we build most of the consumer, operational and clinical software used by our members, clinicians and admins. This unusual level of integration and ownership allows us to develop innovative products and services that are tackling some of the most difficult problems in healthcare. As a Product Manager for our proprietary Electronic Health Record system you will lead an innovative team of engineers, designers and key stakeholders who build the software that allows our providers to provide world class care to our members. In our highly collaborative environment, you'll also be sitting shoulder to shoulder with the providers, nurses, phlebotomists and admins who deliver care daily to One Medical patients.

You'll be expert at managing complexity, able to solve complex problems despite constraints like competing stakeholder needs. As an exceptional planner, you'll be able to break complex projects into manageable parts and develop clear, comprehensive documentation. A strong communicator, you'll be able to clearly communicate to internal and external stakeholders in writing and verbally and to tailor your message to your audience.

Most of all, you want to apply your considerable skills and experience to a cause that you care about while working with a talented and fun team.

What You'll Work On:

You'll be working with designers, engineers, and clinical/operational stakeholders to design and build tools that enable One Medical to deliver world-class primary care. You'll be joining a team which works on our innovative and proprietary Electronic Health Records system. You'll join this team as they build out features that make it easier for providers to get social context on patients quickly, to quickly understand and update a patient's screening status and to visualize top patient health concerns and status.

Who You Are:

- A thoughtful achiever. You strive to create great experiences for users and your team. You like to raise the bar and question assumptions.

- An owner of everything you do. You're not afraid to ask for help or resources to get the job done. You keep commitments.

- A layered thinker. You're able to envision how decisions will impact different types of users, the product roadmap and business goals.

- A leader. You're able to inspire and lead multi-disciplinary teams who don't report to you. You love collaborating with team members to improve processes.
