The Role

* Maintain expert knowledge in all software programs under your respective responsibilities such as Word, Excel, Spirit, UPS Shipping, FedEx, HAZMAT policies, MSDS safety, proper packaging and SAP as required

* Have a complete understanding of the department processes and guidelines.

* Maintain an understanding and practice of the 5S principles and lean manufacturing.

* Have working knowledge in all service-related products, including contract, box, bench and field repairs

* Understand and practice the guidelines set in the Service Professional Communication.

* Understand how to and be able to effectively communicate and professionally work with all pertinent Atlas Copco resources including the product company and other global resources.

* Maintain a positive outlook when working with others

Daily Activities:

* Create RA and receive tool into Gage InSite

* Receive all incoming repair parts from various shipments

* Ensure local inventory is being used for repairs

* Maintain shipping procedures and guidelines

* Follow-up with RUR process.

* Ensure all jobs are shipped with the proper paperwork

* Maintain close contact with other service centers for common processing

* Inventory cycle counting and control

* Service goods movement

* Other assigned duties as required by management
