A recently renovated cath lab in southern Idaho is actively searching for an organized Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab to lead their cath lab and mentor their highly credentialed staff.

The Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will live in one of Idaho’s largest cities and near the Washington state border. This short-term acute care hospital has approximately 150 beds and offers a wide range of excellent patient services from labor and delivery to speech therapy and emergency services. The Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will directly collaborate with various unit directors throughout the exceptional medical center, especially staff within the ER, CVICU, PACU, and Telemetry to ensure quality patient care throughout the continuum of care. The Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will supervise the daily activities of the Catheterization Laboratory staff after determining and coordinating the daily staffing assignments. Based on performance, the Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will train, coach, and evaluate staff on performance expectations. Hiring and onboarding will be job requirements. The Cardiovascular Cath Lab at this hospital has approximately 10 FTEs and the Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will oversee this team. The Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab will manage quality control testing, instrument maintenance, and troubleshooting. Policies and procedures will be developed and implemented by the Director of Cardiovascular Cath Lab.
