Our company is currently revamping claim processing methods to provide faster, more accurate resolution through digital enhancements. To support these enhancements, we are seeking interns who are interested in implementing new technology and tools as well as training people on how to improve customer experience. Responsibilities and Duties
Develops training programs for claims adjusters
Creates reporting to track internal audits
Reviews customer feedback and proposes operational improvements
Supports the implementation of new technology
Knowledge and Skills
Rising college junior or senior, or recent graduate within last 24 months
Passionate about the customer journey and improving customer experience
Effective time management with the ability to direct simultaneous/multiple projects
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, creative and enthusiastic
Ability to document and maintain accurate records
Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
Ability to handle highly confidential information
Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines
Excellent oral, written, and interactive communication skills
