Please note, this position is located in Naples, FL and is eligible for limited benefits. The ideal candidate will be available from April/May - August 2021.

Main Objective:

To provide support to Meeting and Event Planners, leaders and meeting requestors, while learning how to plan, organize, and execute intern meetings or specials events for summer intern group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support Meeting Planners with organization of event details.          


• Review hotel rooming lists for accuracy.


• Support Meetings Team with onsite execution of events.              


• Support onsite logistics and assist Meeting Planners with customer requests.


• Plan and organize company summer intern events.                                  


• Attend and support offsite meetings/events such as Summer Family Fun Event, charitable events, community events, or others as required.

Education and Experience:

• Progress towards a college degree in a related field required, preferably majoring in Resort & Hospitality, Marketing or Communications.


• Customer service experience preferred. 

Knowledge and Skill Requirements/Specialized Courses and/or Training:

Basic to intermediate computer skills. Be able to follow written and verbal direction.

Machine, Tools, and/or Equipment Skills:

PC; Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook; PowerPoint; Word and Excel. Fax; Scanner.
