Job Description:

As a PAG Processing manager in the Project Approval Group (PAG) within Chase Mortgage Banking, you will provide leadership, guidance, and support to PAG Processors. You are responsible for meeting and exceeding company standards for productivity, quality and customer satisfaction. The Processing manager implements performance plans designed to achieve monthly and annual goals while developing the skills of subordinates through goal-setting, delegation, training, counseling and performance management. On a daily basis, the Processing Manager will oversee processor's timely collection of project documents and submission to PAG Underwriting.. Documents include, but is not limited to Appraisals, Budgets and Financial Statements/1120s, Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs), By-Laws, Insurance Declarations, Leasehold Agreements, Project Questionnaires. Additionally, the Processing manager will ensure accurate and timely input of information in all applicable systems. The Processing manager will work closely with PAG Underwriting, Operations and Sales Partners

Qualifications

* Minimum 1 years' experience as a manager or supervisor preferred

* Minimum 2 years' experience in the mortgage lending business

* Excellent analytical and decision making skills

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to communicate well in difficult situations

* Strong negotiation skills

* Strong computer skills - Must be familiar with how to navigate a Microsoft Windows environment and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.

* Adhere to turn time commitments while working in a high-volume environment

* Must have excellent teamwork orientation and the ability to work independently in a fast moving environment
