Job Description:

The Employee Compliance & Conduct Risk Program Team is seeking a highly qualified project manager to assist the Product Owner within the execution phase of our current strategic global initiatives. The candidate will support each phase of a project including design sessions, author user stories and acceptance criteria, manage testing and implementation while working closely with stakeholders and Technology to ensure transparency, regulatory requirements are met and successful adherence to the Agile methodology. This candidate welcomes a challenge and thrives in a results-oriented team and customer-focused environment. The Program Team is looking for an individual who learns quickly, thinks creatively, and works well under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Develop relationships and foster relational trust across multiple global teams, and at all levels of an organization while working with multiple programs and work streams in a dynamic environment

• Ensure project requirements meet desired business objectives and results

• Author user stories and acceptance criteria, monitor system development activities, and document user acceptance testing plans and scripts for technology implementations

• Ability to document current vs. target state process maps, gap analyses, and data flows

• Participate in process improvement working groups to ensure lessons learned and other enhancements are factored into project planning and prioritization

• Contribute expertise to designing processes and implementing innovative business solutions

• Interact with and influence stakeholders located at various geographic locations to elicit requirements and produce standardized requirement documents

• Conduct requirement walkthroughs with various technology teams involved

• Analyze the impact of proposed solutions across the business, develop use cases to explain / demonstrate user stories (business requirements) to Technology, and contribute a business or process perspective during design reviews

• Lead and coordinate testing with stakeholders throughout the user acceptance testing (UAT) lifecycle, including feedback metrics and tracking of reported defects

• Support multiple large, complex technical projects / initiatives simultaneously

• Maintain project scorecards, including identification of key project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years working in a corporate environment, preferably at a financial institution

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis or similar relevant field

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Agile processes and principles

• Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills; experience in virtual collaborative environment a plus

• Excellent organizational and time management skills with emphasis

• Strong attention to details with the ability to complete work with an extremely high level of accuracy

• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

• Inquisitive, tenacious and investigative; able to follow through on all aspects of the analysis from detection to solution

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within stated timeframes and with minimum supervision

• Demonstrated ability to execute sound business judgment, including escalations and resolving issues

• Performs well in a fast-paced environment and with agility

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for the success and completion of projects

• Solid understanding and experience participating in and / or delivering technology solutions

• Expertise using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, and OneNote)
