Skills and Experience

• 5+ Years of significant programming experience in one or more : Go, Java, Python

• Solid understanding of Software Development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile practices, testing approaches and related toolchain and ecosystem.

• Good understanding of modern software development best practices and distributed systems programming and architecture.

• Container Platforms and Technologies - Docker, Kubernetes, Nomad, Mesos and related ecosystem tooling.

• Public Cloud - AWS - Provisioning, IAM, Networking, Monitoring, etc

• Networking - Cloud Native and Public cloud concepts, particularly Kubernetes and AWS networking. Familiarity with Service Mesh, Dynamic DNS, VPCE and other advanced cloud native networking concepts

• UX Engineering - CLIs, UIs, Workflow

• Automation - Terraform - Module and Provider development

• HA and Resilient Systems Architecture

We're looking for passionate software engineers to work at the intersection of Container Platforms, Public Cloud, Automation and UX. Automating the creation of patterned architectures revolving around Kubernetes and Cloud services and exposing that with a great end-to-end developer experience. You'll write cli's, ui's, microservices, agents, operators, webhooks, terraform modules, terraform providers and lambdas on AWS and then GCP. We enable single click instantiation of entire architectures; runtime, database, messaging, routing, security and guardrails.

Folks would ideally have experience architecting HA and Resilient containerized systems on cloud, AWS or GCP And specifically, platform engineering with containers and Kubernetes.
