The Revenue Cycle Team Lead drives efficiency and maximizes revenue. Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department in various duties such as account management, communications with patients and insurance providers, collections, cash posting and contract analysis. Essential Duties:
1. Run and Review Aged Trial Balances to identify past due accounts for follow-up and determine collection efforts.
2. Demonstrates knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 codes, and Local Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care guidelines.
3. Demonstrate the professional ability to deal with patients, regarding any sensitive financial matters and assist with resolving any specific issues with referring physician offices.
4. Assist with devolving and implementing a Revenue Cycle Management Best Practice Manual.
5. Functions as a professional liaison between departments, physician offices, insurance companies.
6. First point of contact for problem resolution within the clinic and department, including problems with patients, employees, and radiologists.
7. Assists with scheduling and implementing employees' request for time off, including staffing coverage.

9. Assist with special projects as requested.
